A refundable security deposit of $100 is due.
Cleaning fee
cleaning fee of $50.00 is due.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of prepaid amounts will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
- 50% of prepaid amounts will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 15–29 days before arrival.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival.
